Our Commitment to Delivery Every bottle from Hair Caffe Lab is a product of our dedicated research and salon practice in San Francisco. We take great care in packing and shipping our "Artifacts" to ensure they arrive safely at your door.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates (Within the U.S.)

  • Orders $50 and over: FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Orders under $50: Flat rate of $8.00.

Domestic Shipping Methods We primarily use USPS or UPS for domestic deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of your order via USPS or DHL Express.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
